- أَلَمۡ نَشۡرَحۡ لَكَ صَدۡرَكَ1
难道我没有为你而开拓你的胸襟吗？
- وَوَضَعۡنَا عَنكَ وِزۡرَكَ2
我卸下了你的重任，
- ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهۡرَكَ3
即使你的背担负过重的，
- وَرَفَعۡنَا لَكَ ذِكۡرَكَ4
而提高了你的声望，
- فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرًا5
与艰难相伴的，确是容易，
- إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرٗا6
与艰难相伴的，确是容易，
- فَإِذَا فَرَغۡتَ فَٱنصَبۡ7
当你的事务完毕时，
- وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَٱرۡغَب8
你应当勤劳，你应当向你的主恳求。
