أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ

Transliteration

Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan 'abduhu wa Rasuluh

Meaning

I bear witness that there is no deity except Allah and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger.
