  1. قُلۡ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلۡفَلَقِ

    你说：“我求庇于曙光的主，

  2. مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ

    免遭他所创造者的毒害；

  3. وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ

    免遭黑夜笼罩时的毒害；

  4. وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّـٰثَٰتِ فِي ٱلۡعُقَدِ

    免遭吹破坚决的主意者的毒害；

  5. وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ

    免遭嫉妒者嫉妒时的毒害。”
