My Lord, indeed adversity has touched me, and You are the Most Merciful of the merciful.

Transliteration
Rabbi anni massaniya ad-durru wa Anta arhamur-rahimin

My Lord, indeed adversity has touched me, and You are the Most Merciful of the merciful.
