Transliteration
Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan 'abduhu wa Rasuluh
Meaning
I bear witness that there is no deity except Allah and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger.
When to say
After completing wudu.
