اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ اشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي
Transliteration
Allahumma Rabban-nas adhhibil-ba's ishfi Antash-shafi

O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove the harm and cure—You are the Healer.

When sick; in ruqyah.
